What We Take
Local Crew, Local Knowledge
These calls usually come from a son, a daughter, or a neighbor, not from the person living in the house, and the first thing we say is that nobody on our crew is there to judge anyone. Hoarding situations build over years, and clearing one is as much about trust as trucks. We walk the home with you, agree on what the finish line looks like, and go one room at a time.
In Joliet we've cleared homes where the city had already sent code letters and homes where family just wanted mom safe from the stacked paper next to the stove. We watch every load for photos, cash, documents, and keepsakes, and everything we find goes into a keep box, not the truck. If you'd rather the neighbors not know what's happening, we can arrive without lettered gear.
Serving all Joliet ZIP codes: 60435, 60431, 60432, 60433, 60436, plus the surrounding towns.
The Process
Tell us what you need gone and send a photo if you can. We give you a flat quote before we start.
We arrive in the window we promised and carry everything out ourselves, wherever it sits.
We take it away, donate or recycle what we can, and leave the space clean.
Good to Know
No. The crew is briefed before arrival, works calmly, and follows the family's lead. If the resident needs to stop and look through things, we stop. Rushing these jobs ruins them.
After a walkthrough, by expected truckloads and days. Big jobs get a not-to-exceed number so there are no surprises, and we're honest when a job needs two visits instead of one.
We handle spoiled food, kitchen buildup, and general odor sources as part of the job, bagged and hauled with the rest. For biohazard-level situations we'll say so honestly and help you find the right remediation crew.
Yes. When Joliet code enforcement sets a date, we can usually schedule within days and photograph the cleared areas so you have proof for the inspector.
